How do we process warranty

We cover 14 days 1 to 1 exchange

Repair during warranty periods

– After 14 days, we will allocate the professional technician team to troubleshoot and fix for customers for free within the warranty period (1-year warranty for kitchen items such as cooker, fryer, etc..)

– Customer is responsible for all costs of getting the Product to our Puchong office.

– Warranty timeframe ranged from 2 weeks up to 1 month
