Firstly, I too agree with the review above. Good product as stated but cannot get replacement. Out of stock all the time.
Secondly, I have written to you to check whether the stock has arrived but no reply. I have also asked whether I can use the 14.4.v battery as the replacement but that too I have not received any reply. Kindly oblige as the drill is just lying idle for a long time
